Fees 

MASSAGE THERAPY TREATMENTS

***initial appointments are a minimum of 60 minutes

• $70 for 30 minutes

• $85 for 45 minutes

• $105 for 60 minutes 

• $135 for 75 minutes 

• $160 for 90 minutes 

 MASSAGE THERAPY TREATMENTS (WITH CUPPING THERAPY)

• $80 for 30 minutes

• $90 for 45 minutes

• $110 for 60 minutes ***$115 for initial appointments

• $140 for 75 minutes ***$145 for initial appointments

• $165 for 90 minutes ***$170 for initial appointments

***NEW CLIENTS***

• INITIAL APPOINTMENTS

  • They involve required health history interview and assessments to ensure treatment is appropriate, effective, and safe — this WILL NOT cut into the massage time

  • INTERVIEW & ASSESSMENT CAN TAKE AT LEAST **15 to 30 MINUTES** depending on area(s) of concern, symptoms, and individual health history/condition(s) so please keep this in mind when booking

  • Complete your INTAKE FORM & INSURANCE FORMS BEFORE your appointment —  it WILL CUT into your massage time if completed during your appointment 

***CANCELLATION POLICY***

Short notice cancellation fees are:

• 50% of the booking cost if made on or less than *2 days before the day of your scheduled appointment

• 80% of the booking cost if made on or less than *1 day before the day of your scheduled appointment

• NO SHOWS are 100% of the booking cost ***and prepayment will be mandatory for future visits

NOTE: Depending on your insurance payer and plan, you may be required to provide a *prescription for massage therapy treatment.

Your insurance may not approve your claim (at all or right away) or they may require to pay out yourself (the client) instead of me (the provider). In either case, *full payment for service would be collected in-clinic. Your claim can still be submitted on your behalf upon request, and your insurance will reimburse you directly if approved.
