***CANCELLATION POLICY***
Short notice cancellation fees are:
50% of the booking cost if made on or less than *2 days before the day of your scheduled appointment
80% of the booking cost if made on or less than *1 day before the day of your scheduled appointment
NO SHOWS are 100% of the booking cost ***and prepayment will be mandatory for future visits

They involve required health history interview and assessments to ensure treatment is appropriate, effective, and safe — this WILL NOT cut into the massage time
INTERVIEW & ASSESSMENT CAN TAKE AT LEAST *15 to 30 MINUTES* depending on area(s) of concern, symptoms, and individual health history/condition(s) so please keep this in mind when booking
